With a vision characteristic of pioneers, in the 1950’s Franz Kuhlmann began the technification of the grape harvest and distillation processes, embarking on an adventure full of challenges until the winery became the most modern in our country.

We are the only winery-distillery that has its own treatment plant. All the waste generated in the production processes are treated under rigorous procedures, converting them into fertilizers to be used in our vineyards.
