You can feel the spirit of the grape.

We were born as a brand by Bolivians, for Bolivians, but thanks to 92 years of experience, three generations of a family and the support of our people, we managed to transcend borders, putting the name of the country and this unique distillate in the world on a high level.

A total of 70 judges from different countries evaluated around 5000 spirits during two weeks at the Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), choosing Singani Los Parrales as one of the winners of the most prestigious recognition: The double gold medal.

SFWSC is considered one of the most influential distillates and spirits events, with the largest and most demanding jury. The medalists of this competition represent some of the best from around the world.

Our ingredient list is simple: grapes and only grapes. Unlike other singani brands, Los Parrales does not go through maceration processes to provide an exceptional taste, because our top-of-the-line technology achieves a distillate of the highest quality, the result of more than five years of research with the University of San Luis Obispo in California, the University of Mendoza and the Autonomous University Juan Misael Saracho.

Thanks to this new production method, a much healthier, purer and structured singani is achieved, reducing methanol by half compared to traditional processing and highlighting the organoleptic qualities of singani. That is why we carry the slogan “You can feel it”. You can feel the authentic spirit of the Muscat of Alexandria, with the flavor that the climatic and geographical conditions of the valleys of Tarija give it. You can feel the history, which dates back to 1893. You can feel the work and dedication of the Bolivian hands that work in the production process of singani.

After two years of testing, we renewed our image. To highlight the origin of it all, vine leaves come to life with their high relief, adorning our boxes and bottles. To communicate the purity of the distillate, we opted for a minimalist design and a bottle that allows you to see through it a bunch of Muscat of Alexandria grapes.
